Winter Reading Program 2020

November 22, 2020 - January 2, 2021

The Winter Reading Program is brand new to the library’s offerings within the community. The program's theme 'Home for the Holidays' coincides with our eNewsletter being sent out every week (Nov. 22- Jan. 2) full of DIY Crafts, Recipes, Book Reviews and more. For more questions and info, email Amelia amelia@bakerfreelib.org.

Getting Started:

Click on Book BINGO Card to download and print your BINGO Card from home or stop by the Library to pick up a copy.

Connect with Friends

through Goodreads

Goodreads Group (Teens and Adults)

Book Bingo participants can share reading recommendations and connect with other readers through our Goodreads group! There, the library has assembled book lists to help with many of your winter reading challenges. You'll need a free account on Goodreads to chat with other participants in the group, but no account is required to view our recommended book lists. Simply visit the page above and click the "bookshelf" link on the right-hand side of the page, then navigate to the task you're working on for ideas.

Raffle Prize Rules

One gift certificate will be raffled off every week. Gift certificates purchased by the library support our area businesses, restaurants and shops. Featured venues include Gibson's Bookstore, Cobblestone, Penumbra, Granite State Candy and more. Earn raffle tickets for every book you read!

Grand prize raffle tickets will be earned for every Bingo you complete -- a total of up to 12 per person, if you fill your entire card. One grand prize gift basket will be awarded at the end of the program.

We've created this opportunity to participate in the Winter Reading Program entirely from home this year, in the event that the library is not able to host programs according to our regular schedule. We hope that this will allow our patrons to participate as much as they'd like to, while maintaining the health and safety of our community.
