Board of Trustees Meeting
August 14, 2008
Approved Minutes

1.  Call to Order:  The meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm. Present at the meeting were  Colleen Haggerty,  John King, Lisa Richards, Tom Ives, and Library Director Lori Fisher.  Not attending was Elizabeth Foy.

2.     New Business:  The Bow town audit has requested the library trustees complete a survey form concerning library finances.  Elizabeth Foy completed the form, and the trustees made one change to state that “At the discretion of the Board, the Library Director has the ability to approve disbursals under $2,500 within the approved annual budget.”

3.      Adjournment:  The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 pm, on a motion by John, seconded by Lisa, and motion passed 4-0.
