Board of Trustees Meeting
April 11, 2006
Approved Minutes

Present: Tom Ives, Colleen Haggerty, Susan Hatem and Linda Kling, Library Director. Absent: Eric Anderson and Elizabeth Foy.

1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 8:00 pm following the Town of Bow Budget Committee Public Hearing on the FYE ‘08 budget.
2. Budget: The trustees’ discussed the remaining amount of the current fiscal year budget. Linda will report at our next meeting as to whether there is enough remaining to paint the fascia of the old building or complete any other outstanding project. Linda reported she is in the process of getting bids to repair the roof between the old and new sections of the building in FYE ’08.
3. Trustee Meeting Date: The next monthly trustees’ meeting will be Wednesday, May 30, at 6:30 p.m.
4. Adjournment: Tom moved to adjourn the meeting, Colleen seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm.
