RESERVATION REQUESTS MAY BE MADE FOR MEETINGS TAKING PLACE BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 1, 2010 AND AUGUST 31, 2011.
Reservations to use the library's meeting spaces must be placed by a Bow resident in order to guarantee that at least one Bow resident is a member of the group.

The Library has two rooms available for booking: The Meeting Room (located off of the library's entrance lobby) and the Baker Room (located in the basement). The Meeting Room can hold a maximum of 32 people; the Baker Room can hold a maximum of 30 people. The Meeting Room can be booked from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days per week. The Baker Room is available only during library operating hours. Meetings in the Baker Room must end by 7:45 p.m. due to library closing procedures.

Please download and read the Library's Meeting Room Agreement Form (pdf format). The form must be signed and returned to the Library before the reservation(s) requested can be finalized. If the signed form is not submitted to the library within one week of your reservation request, the library reserves the right to release your requested dates/times to other groups.
Prior to submitting your request, please use our Library Calendar to verify that your requested date/time/room is available.
